I admit in neglegting to pay my account end FEB, but made a double payment end March. Now my number is deleted and they expect me to pay R1200.00 reconecction (deposit)!!! This is absolutely rediciouless. I have paid my due and don't have the service!!! i am paying for sms bundles that does not accumilate and I will loose it!!! Nobody at vodacom after numerous calls even try to assist me, the only thing they say is that it's my problem. I want to make an appointment with ICASA and show them how we get taken for rides.
