I have called vodacom numerous times over the last two days, and have listened 'to the africa' song for more than 40mins each time, which is unacceptable. After speaking to to someone the problem is still not resolved so I call again and then I go through the same procedure. It is just not on, there is no customer service, if the call volumes are so high EVERY DAY of the week 24hours, maybe you should consider more emplyments, as well as if the Vodacom service provider is effeciant why should there be soo many callers needing assistance! read full review »
