I ordered this product, it took ages to arrive and then payment was taken from my account within about a day of receiving it, giving me no time to actually trial it. I then decided to cancel the account, and was convinced by a customer services rep not to, so agreed to take another month of the product at £59. It never arrived. On calling them (about 8 times) i was told different things every time, usually that it had either been shipped or was on the shipment list.
