Client applied for a Flat to rent on the 10th February 2011, on the 17th February she still did not get feedback on whether her application was successfull or not.On the that same day i.e. 17th February 2011, a new application was manually submitted to Sisanda(employee) whom promised to call back within 3 to 5 days.Today is the 22nd of February still no feedback.When the client calls, she is constantly told that the employee responsible is not in or busy on another call. read full review »
