Considering that I've been a client for 20 odd years, I'd think that I'd get SOME sort of service. I get a letter stating that I should apiply for a new titanium credit card due to its great benefits to me. So the following day I apply online with a confirmation that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Two business days later, and still NOTHING. I'm amazed at how you can send me junk mail all the time, but as soon as I DO request service, I get none?!? What is wrong with you? read full review »
