Vodacom is refusing, alternatively neglecting, alternatively failing to contact me and or resolve my internet connectivity problem!!! This is a shocking shambles, they are running away from their problem, this is shameful! We feel as if Vodacom has robbed us in much the same way as a common criminal would rob you. They are holding us to ransom!!! We pay a monthly subscribtion to their business partner Altech cellular for internet, our internet works very slow, cuts off abruptly at times, says 'very poor signal' This is substandard service!!! read full review »
