ticket was booked earlier two months on 25dec 11 and on bording time they hesitate to give us a bording pass because the flight was extra booked so at least ten persons were misbehaved and ignored to give bording pass .this is all due to mismanagement of the company, this is second time to me in this airline company last time in 2009 feb they did the same to my family that time about 20 persons were extra booked but that time we forced to them and they managed to book the tickets in another flight of other company, so i want to complaint to... read full review »
