Placed order from Kmart.com, paid for expedited delivery, confirmation of delivery date by customer service, order confirmation and checkout process. Website also offered free standard shipping, thought I was getting free standard shipping and paying only for upgrade but got charged full shipping. Called back to add item to order that hadn't gone thru, said couldn't add to order charged me another expedited shipping charge that I paid as I needed items for gifts.
