i have been trying to get information from vodacom for YEARS!! apparently i owe them money, but when i call them to ask for a statement, they say they cannot give one as its been handed to a legal department. when i ask the legal department, they say vodacom only gives them the amount thats in arrears. all i recieve is a letter saying basically... this is what you owe... but NO ONE can give me a detailed statement of my payments made, and what charges they have put onto the account. i refuse to pay ANYTHING untill SOMEONE can do this. i think i have a RIGHT t o know what i am paying and why!! paige Mitchell 0314674254 read full review »
