What is going on with the Hydro One rates? Getting out of hand. My monthly bill has increased over $30.00 a month in the past few months. From around $135. to $ 168. A few short years ago my bill was $80.00 per month. This week I start on the time of usage rates. Heaven help us. My last bill mentioned that the Ontario Government gave me a 10% discount. The next line mentioned a new increase effective Jan 1, 2011. The Ontario Energy Board certainly doesn't keep Hydro One's rates in line.
