My Gran, a pensioner from JHB, had the misfortune of coming into contact and hiring Silva Autobody cc to service her car. A little 1969 Beetle a car that should not acquire 2 hours plus service - for an oil clean, and a fan belt change. Charging her a “discount pensioner rate” of R356 for service alone. Then replaced her old fan belt with a dud, which broke (more like frayed ‘n rotted) the very next day. Leaving my Gran stranded, but luckily a Sasol was close by to help her out.
