Just got off the phone with Telus after using their home phone service for six years. I switched providers but they expect me to pay a full month anyway even though they are only providing 9 days of service before the switch. The manager not only wouldn't pro-rate my bill, but actually told me it was my fault for "not having the decency to call them to let them compete for my business." Honestly.
