Re downloadassist.com, unrestricteddownloads.com and all these .ru sites seems to be operated by an organization from Montreal I had the same bad experience on January 24th 2011 with a first purchase of 6, 87 $ US. On February 1st, they charged a 49, 95 $ US fee for life access to a miserable site offering... nothing valuable. I phoned the support line to be told they make no refund; they told me they won't take any more payment.
