They don't deliver your purchase - it's that simple. They promise delivery within 2-4 days but the staff tell you 2-5 on the phone! Money taken from account 8 days ago but the camera is STILL sat in the warehouse. Staff at the end of the phone on 'option 2' don't know why, they don't answer emails either. When I finally got to speak to a different person I offered them the option of sending it express or to promise it will be posted 1st class the next day, but they couldn't so now I await my refund.
