After waiting 2 weeks for a phone on my udgrade, I could not collect it on day of delivery because they could not get their system to work. I had to go back the next day, driving 50km to fetch the phone. Since 26 Feb 2011 I can't send messages from this new phone. I tried to contact their customer centre but can't get hold of them, you have to hold on for hours and they don't respond to your call. I send an email as weel, still no response.
