On the 20/12/2010 i placed an order for a dvd series on their website. The money was deducted off my bank account 2 days later. After numerous- possibly 7 emails to date, i have not received my order. after threatening to lodge this complain i received an email saying thay EMS (delivery0 cannot take place in South Africa. i was also promised on the 16/02/2011 that my money has been refunded. this has not happened to date! i have even emailed them my banking details. please do not support this company, as they seem to be a scam. i will gladly changed or even delete this post should they honor there arrangments. read full review »
