I attended the salon in Covent Garden for hair extensions to be added to my hair on the 26th January, within 2 weeks over 90% of these hair extensions had fallen out. These should last 2 to 3 months. I rang the salon & spoke to Simon (I don’t know his last name) who said he would speak to Emma Bailey & ring me back. I left it but didn't hear back from him so I rang again & he said that he would need me to send him a photo of my hair as he knew this is what Emma would ask for.
