Our driver was 40 minutes late The service was absolutely unacceptable as we were ready and waiting as a courtesy to our driver 10 minutes prior, the owner of the venue we were waiting at was concerned that our driver was not coming and all. Half an hour later we were ready to take a taxi. I was shocked, disappointed and disgusted at the condition of my limousine in which Ambassador Limousine Service finally provided.
