Iam a customer of Airtel since 2003. Recently when I was transferred froom Pune to ranchi since I was on roaming services I requested my friend recharged it for me from Pune for rs 295/- which showed on my Sim (9975150245)Card in dec 2010. When I reached back Pune, (though I never used my sim in ranchi) to my surprize the balance was a single rs 5/- what happened to rs 290? The nos 123, 121.198 all are just eye wash and whichever option you press the reply is same...:; dial *121 and thanks for calling airtel... What happened to customer care service?. i sincerely advice ...to everyone who wish to take airtel...a big no..no...its useless read full review »
