I have been on 3 trips with Greyhound buses, and it will remain at 3 for the rest of my life as I will never go on a Greyhound bus again. There were significant problems on each of the 3 trips that I have been one. On the first trip, the Greyhound system did not allow me to print my e-ticket. When arriving at the Greyhound office, I had to purchase a new ticket as they said they could not help me.
