I started renting an HP laptop at $60 bi-weekly. Shortly after starting to rent it, the charger went funny. Sometimes it stops working. I like to take the battery out so I'm not overcharing it and zonking it out, so I like a working charger. When I took it in to complain, they told me I shouldn't use the charge chord.
