PlayStation Store download video, with a 9 Meg Download Internet Service and we started the download on Friday 3/04 at 8:00 PM, then started the Playback about 8:15 PM. The movie would Not Play, it would start to play then go to buffering, then play another couple minutes, then go to buffering again, so we gave up and we let the movie complete the download; it said it would take 200+ minutes to download!!
