On 14th Feb'2011 I received an SMS from Etisalat that your internet Elife request has been successfully completed. Whereas I have not requested any upgrade to my existing Shamil account as I am going to vacate my current apartment in this month end. Immediately on receipt of the message I called up the Customer Service for Etisalat and asked for an explanation how this happen they could not give any appropriate answer and instead asked to lodged a complaint and they will immediately look into the matter and revert the service back and... read full review »
