Informacials are frauds they tell you, you get a good deal on the product you want, like in our case we fell for the barkoff, like most of you I have order the barkoff I ordered one plus get one free, got 4, boosted up to the deluxe for the adapter. I didn't recieve the adapter. Also it says people can't hear the sound but we can hear a constant piercing sound, and because of that my dogs don't acknowledge the sound they are suppose to hear, I want to send my product back, but on or in the delivery package there is no mailing... read full review »
