I am totally fed up with Expedia. I booked my trip to Berlin (flights and hotel), but unfortunately had to cancel. I called Expedia and the hotel was cancelled (am still waiting for the refund, however), but the air line ticket was non-refundable, so I was told that nothing could be done, although the confirmation I got from Expedia indicated that the air portion of the package might be changed.
