Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring into your kind notice that GILLETTE was an excellent brand but may be after Procter & Gamble merger in them, what came into my notice that they have started selling rejected and products of seconds quality to all over India and where the so called PRODUCT LIABILITY LAW exist which governs the liability of manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and vendors for injury to a person or property caused by dangerous or defective products. Yesterday i received a call from tata indicom call center quering about the caller tune request for which i denied clearly but today i found that Rs. 40 were deducted from my account and a caller tune was set.
