I bought a laptop from Argos in November, it worked for two weeks then the screen broke. Argos refused to replace it claiming it had been misused. The laptop had never even left the house and had only been used in a correct manner at all times. I had to pay £117 for a repair they carried out to the screen. I was without my laptop for six weeks when I finally received it back and powered it up the screen remained blank. They are still refusing to refund my money.
