This is the worst company that I 've ever had to deal with! I tried to book on line but had doubts about the type of vehicle that was advertised and phoned to make sure i was booking the right one. During my 5 phone calls before and after the booking every phrase ended with "bruv" and "man" (I am a woman), they couldn't give me the correct spec - it was just "this is the one you need, trust me bruv!".
