I have just received my credit card statement for Feb/Mar 2011 and there is an amount of £10 deducted for which I have not authorised. There is a reference number: 0800 731 9935GBR. As I have not given authorisation for this I would be grateful if you could arrange immediately NOT to deduct any monies from my credit card.
