This was my first year getting my taxes done by H & R Block. Not only did the lady submit my information wrong which made me think I was getting a different return amount. She offered to fix it came up with a refund amount to be sent back to me then turned around and LIED about that as well????! What? So you mean to tell me i trusted this company to be upstanding and have the respect for their customers but once again i get screwed over. NEVER GOING TO H&R Block again!
