On 10th march 2011 i boarded the flight EK385 from Bangkok-Dubai having booked Business class flights for my Husband and myself. When we took our seats the steward explained that the tv would not work as had a fault, this was not really a problem to us as it was 1am so sleep was more of a priority. When we took off and were told we could unfasten seat belts i was ready to sleep so tried to recline my seat to bed mode.
