i have asked Altech to come and collect the phone as i did not want it after seeing a cheaper contract, the phone is still in its original package. they told me i can not cancel a contract and i in turn told them that i never signed for any contract and neither have i have been a contract. they are refusing to come and collect and have advised that there is a third party that manages their contracts. my view is that i cannot now search for a company that never contacted me in the first place and according to their emails somebody was suppose... read full review »
