I have launched a claim with outsurance which was approved early January 2011. The panel beaters (Auto body 911) which were approved to do the works have not made any progress on repairing my car up until to date. When I followed up they mentioned that they have a back lock of the accidents in December. I don’t know how I should proceed with this mater as I have been sent from pillar to post.
