Light in the Box has absolutely no customer service, they only give you a way to contact them by submitting a ticket and then they never respond to it. I have read many customer complaints about them since I have not gotten any help from them and what I notice is that instead of helping their customers they surf the web for complaints and then try to make them look good by answering the complaint and promising to help. If you are reading this before buying from them save yourself the aggarvation, cause once there is a problem with your order you will get no help from them. read full review »
