I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from this site on 11/1/11 for my daughters birthday. I realised a cou[plr of days later that I had ordered the wrong size. I tried to amend the order, but was too late. I received a card from DHL saying that my order had been delivered but I needed to pay a further £7 to have it redelivered. I telephoned DHL who said they would return the order.
