Omega travels to the moon but its service sadly fails!! About a year ago I purchased a vintage Omega watch and subsequently left it with the Omega service agent in Dubai for servicing. They subsequently broke the glass and damaged the dial however never admitted to damaging the dial until I went to collect the watch. I should note that it took them 3 months to replace the glass and they still intended charging me for servicing the watch.
