I bought a used Mercedes Benz E350 in 2010 from a non Mercedes dealer. I checked the vehicles history with Mercedes ermelo and they assured me the car was in good condition as they were the servicing agent and selling agent. After I had driven the car fro 10 000 km the gearbox started giving problems. I contacted MB Sa but they keep on referring me to a dealer who says I was happy with vehicle( which I was at first.
