Sir, I Sri B.C patnaik consumer no 8770, of M/S Laxmi Bharat Gas Agency, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar, Odisha I have been booked from 27th Feb, 2011 but till to day (i.e 22/3/2011) i did not got the cylinder form the above agency.
