My daughter received a notice that there were 49 viruses on her computer - the only way to get them off was to buy this software or it would crash. It charged my BofA card $99.90 after it said it was $69.90. I called BofA today and they were able to get me the 18004199078 phone number - it does not have a company name at all - after 12 minutes of music someone answered - they did not ask me for my entire card number only a partial number - confirmed the charge and said they would refund it - we will see - read full review »
