I have been fighting with Altech Autopage Cellular for the past couple of months, since last year regarding an upgrade on my account and a new phone. I went from a Everyday Weekender Package to a Talk 500 which is a substantial jump in order to get a better phone being the Nokia N8. I have returned this phone to them 3 times as it was faulty and not the correct colour that I requested on various occasions. I have not had a NEW phone since December and have been using my old phone. With all of this I am still paying R72.80 insurance per month... read full review »
