Airtel/ Hi Buddy

Hi Buddy is a cheating service and Airtel is a party to it. They advertised in the Times of India asking us if we will vote against corruption and for Anna Hazare" We were supposed to sms a certain number which i did. Immediately i got an sms saying that Rs. 15/- is being deducted because i "subscribed to Hi Buddy" to it. Later I saw the fine print --very tiny at the bottom of the ad mentioning the Rs. 15 and the deductable subscription. We were by Best Western Resort Country Club, Manesar, India and have hence filed a complaint (complaint No. 579/2009) in the Consumer Courts, Sheikh Serai. The case is sub-judice.
