i brought a bait boat from remote island for xmas as a present for my huband. boat was delievered ok, but wasnt suitable. sent boat back by recorded delievery have tracking number. this was in jan 2010. its now march 2011 and they still havent refunded me was over one hundred pounds!!! sent them countless e mails, with no response. then had one to say would receive refund in 14 days - this was over a year ago! and now they state they are no longer trading and have sold the company to someone else. but the same company is still up and running... read full review »
