I placed an order for a shell for Nintendo DS on 31 Jan11.When i found out on 2 Feb11 that their offices for closed until 11Feb in lieu of Chinese New Year Celebrations, I emailed them to cancel the order as no money had been taken out of my account. but on 10feb they sent me email that the order has been dispatched, and on checking my account on the same day they had taken money out as well.
