We were going to a concert in San Antonio as a kind of family reunion. We booked 5 rooms at the Best Western Windsor Pointe two weeks in advance guaranteed with a credit card. My son and his wife were the last to arrive, only to be told that the hotel had given their room away and booked them a room in a Budget Inn some where down the road. They didn't even care that we were there as a family and they had just split us up. Nope, they just said tough luck, that's how it is! We called every 800 number we could and it was the same story. read full review »
