Respected Sir/Madam, My daughter has applied for the passport on 11th Jan 2011 under Tatkal. The Acknowledgement says the despatch date as 19th Jan 2011. The passport status summary says, "Passport was ready on 19-01-2011" since two months from now. When we went to Regional Passport for status enquiry, the enquiry staff has not been responsive. The passport status is last updated on 25th Mar 2011. Even I have sent SMS and also tried calling to the numbers provided in the official website but there are no responses.
