On March 30th, 2011. A "Salesperson" knocked on the door and my mom (who is a elderly women) opened the door. The Reliance Salesperson introduced himself as "Michael 'Kowoby'" and said that " I'm here to look at your Water tank". My mother thought it was the regular water meter reading technicians from the City. He then tells my mother that I want to look at the water tank.
