I purchased a leather bag costing £70 in February which developed a fault, I attempted to return this item on 29th March only to be told by the assistant manager Scott Cracknell who examined the bag (not in my presence)when the bag was returned to me it was damaged even more, he then advised me that it was not your policy to refund but would allow me to spend £70 in the store.
