I took Thailand Holiday Package and my ordeal started from the day I made the payment. After Payment they suddenly stopped calling me and my payment confirmation was also not sent to me. Then I started calling there customer support numbers: 1800 1029 900 and 0987 1800 800 and the Thugs sitting there started diverting my calls to different department.
