Ordered a pc game several months and by mistake ordered the game twice (the game is paid for through Plimus). The game site was not clear on whether or not the original order had been processed, so I placed the order again. Realizing what I had done, I requested a refund for the second order not both. I followed the process by the Plimus in requesting the refund.
