This is a tough one to sum up. I will paste my email & description of situation. Basically, Telus is a huge corporation in Canada. They have been unbelievably disappointing in handling the death of my mother - who had a cell phone with a new contract and under my father's name - they are 66 years old and have been together for 43 years - old school, they kept the phones all under my dad's name.
